There is no such thing as darkness; only a failure to see past it.

Eastern Paranormal is located in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. We serve the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Eastern Paranormal was founded, owned, and operated by Gabreael in order to investigate all aspects of paranormal research. Gabreael is a noted author, psychic researcher, photographer, and a natural born clairvoyant. Eastern Paranormal is dedicated to examining paranormal phenomena, collecting evidence which might be supportive in proving the existence of paranormal phenomena, and providing education and assistance to those who are experiencing phenomena they believe to be paranormal in origin. We believe that paranormal phenomena should be studied and experimented upon using a mixture of both scientific and metaphysical techniques.

Eastern Paranormal's Goals

1. To research and explore all aspects of paranormal research, from the scientific realm to the esoteric realm.

2. To conduct research which is scientifically controlled, documented, and thorough. This research while scientific may utilize metaphysical means when needed, as long as these means are carried out in a well documented manner. Any audio/video recordings or photographs taken become the property of Eastern Paranormal. We will let you know of any findings of a particular case, solely to those involved, as it becomes necessary. We hold each case in the strictest of confidence. We will never reveal actual identities of individuals unless given specific written permission by the individuals involved.

Conclusion

Eastern Paranormal investigations are free of charge. However, we may ask for help with gas if the location is inadequately far away. If air fair is incurred for an investigation Eastern Paranormal will ask for the air fair and lodging to be provided. Also Eastern Paranormal reserves the right to refer investigations to other researchers if needed, or to call in other researchers if needed. Eastern Paranormal Associate Members are made up of talented individuals who although not full-time EP members, donate their time and resources when needed most, as we do with them . Some we have met in person, while others communicate with us via email and phone conversations when distance precludes meeting in person. Unless you see a group/individual listed below they are not an associate member of Eastern Paranormal. This list is updated as needed so please check back. Fred

Fred brings to Eastern Paranormal his Associates Degree in Industrial Electricity and Industrial Mechanics alongside his extensive knowledge of photography. As the Co-Founder of Eastern Paranormal he serves as our Equipment Specialist.

Darla

Darla serves as a media liaison and an assistant to Gabreael. If you are interested in booking Gabreael for a speaking engagement please contact Darla at darla@easternparanormal.com .

Michelle

Michelle is one of the founders and lead investigators of a paranormal group located in Parkersburg, WV, "WV Mountain Momma Ghost Hunters," who have been investigating as a group since 2004. She is also the webmaster of the group's Geocities and Myspace sites. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and is planning on returning to college someday soon to obtain her Master's and PhD in either Clinical, Child, or Counseling Psychology... or something involving Gereontology. Michelle has always been interested in the paranormal and the unexplained. Upon her first paranormal experiences with her group, she explains that experience made her believe that there is definitely more out there, that we may not see, hear, or experience all the time, but that she wants to explore and understand further these things. Her hope is to help other people, in any way possible, who are experiencing paranormal activity, as well as gain more understanding of things paranormal for herself.

Donna

A professor, writer, and published author Donna holds a Doctorate in Spanish. She has extensive theoretical knowledge in psychoanalytic theory, philosophy, and religions of the world. With these tools she acts as a consultant to Eastern Paranormal.

Susan

Susan has developed a passion for paranormal photography. She serves as Eastern Parnormal's contact in the Winston Salem area of NC.

Jamie

Jamie brings a strong background of security networking from serving in the U.S. Army and a keen interest in the paranormal as many in law enforcement do.

Mindy

Mindy has been fascinated with the paranormal ever since she was a little girl, she was brought up by a mother who was very spiritual and had an open mind to all things. She has also been into photography since she was 7 years old when she got her first camera, and is excited she can now combine the two. She works full time at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mindy is an associate member in training.

Shan

Shan is the newest and youngest member of Eastern Paranormal. With a life long interest in the paranormal Shan is an associate member in training.

Joanne

With an eagerness to learn she brings a lifetime of paranormal interest to Eastern Paranormal after several unexplained experiences. Joanne is currently in the process of learning the art of paranormal photography. She is an associate member in training.

Michael

Michael has always had an interest in the paranormal. He brings EP many years of commercial experience in the film industry. Micheal is an associate member in training.

It has been brought to our attention that there are some "Ghost Hunting/Tracking" groups contacting prior investigations of Eastern Paranormal throwing out our name as if they are associated with us. Once again please note that unless you see a group listed in our links or Associate Members page they are not affiliated with Eastern Paranormal in any manner.
